How is it January already? Gosh. Doesn’t it seem like just yesterday you were suddenly thrown into a work-from-home situation and frantically trying to adjust? It’s been almost a year now… unreal, right?!
How is it going? Have you figured out how to actually WORK when you’re home? On scale of 1-10 what number would you give yourself when it comes to struggling with feeling like good enough never is?
This “simple” quote can apply in so many areas of your life. Maybe you’re fully aware that nothing ever seems good enough or maybe this concept sneaks up on you from time to time without you even noticing. Have you ever been working non-stop, working so hard to get or stay ahead... then you get your kids' artwork and realize you could learn a thing or two from them about priorities? This seems to happen far too often. I think it's time to take note and take inventory.
“What would you attempt if you knew you could not fail?” - Robert Schuller
I’ve often thought of this phrase as merely an ‘inspirational quote’ to help us push through our fears. I still believe it can be inspirational, but what if that quote isn’t just inspiration, what if it’s an actual question that begs to be answered? |
