Caitlin’s early career started in the finance industry, at Chase. As a licensed banker she worked closely with her clients to discover their story and what their unique financial needs were. It was through these conversations that she was able to establish trusting relationships, better enabling her to find solutions for all of her clients’ banking and financial needs. It was during this time that Caitlin found her passion for helping people and meeting them where they are.

Though she still loves finance, she realized that she wanted to look back at the end of her life and know that she lived out her deepest passion in life. That is giving people the tools they need to live empowered to achieve success in all areas of their lives—personal, professional, or health.

Caitlin decided to take a leap of faith and merge her love for helping others and passion for health. She pursued her BS in Health Sciences (Healthy Lifestyle Coaching) and became an National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. This credential supports her belief in bringing standards to health and wellness coaching. She truly believes that each person has what they need inside of them to make lasting change, it just needs to be discovered!

Caitlin is passionate about helping others create sustainable lifestyle choices. She approaches health from a holistic mindset, believing that our mind, body, and spirit are all equally important in achieving optimal health.

Her mission is to collaborate with you and discover what high-level wellness looks like, for you. She will draw upon your strengths and values to help you create changes unique to the person you are. Creating sustainable lifestyle habits helps us live fulfilling and thriving lives.

As she likes to say, “Health is wealth.”

On a Personal Note ​

Leading a fulfilled and thriving life is important to Caitlin—she practices what she preaches. Maintaining whole body wellness is something that she values greatly. She loves weightlifting and can be found at the gym most days of the week. On her days off, she stays active by going on long walks or hiking. Caitlin emphasizes a nutrient-dense, gluten-free diet that supports her specific health needs.

Having a huge heart for others and a desire to help people lead thriving lives, Caitlin knows that she must start with herself first. If she wants to influence and empower others, she must fill herself up first!  

This is an ongoing journey that she continues to work and improve upon. She has found that having a solid morning routine sets her up for a successful day. Her routine includes grounding herself with a nice cup of coffee in a quiet place, along with reading and keeping a gratitude journal. Caitlin particularly enjoys reading about the mind and how humans operate.
