Erica Allen, NBC-HWC
Erica is a Board Certified Coach and also a Master Herbalist. She specializes in the group coaching experience where she combines coaching with flower essence therapeutics.
Erica began her education twenty years ago at the University of Minnesota Center for Spirituality and a Healing, then moved onto the College of Phytotherapy in London and earned her Degree in Education from Crown College.
Her herbal education included the influence and instruction of world-renowned Herbalist Mathew Wood, as well as mentorship of Diane Dunlevy.

Ryann Hierholzer, NBC-HWC
Ryann is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach who is devoted to helping moms implement healthy behavior change in the realms of exercise, nutrition, sleep hygiene, stress management, life balance, social wellness, life purpose/spirituality, and self-talk.
As a former elite athlete, she understands the mental traps that many health-seekers face, such as comparison, perfectionism, all-or-nothing mentality, guilt, and imposter syndrome. Samantha Anderson, NBC-HWC
Samantha is passionate about working with women on their menopause journey, helping to reduce the effects of hormonal changes, sleep issues, and weight gain. She is a Reiki Master and uses this healing practice in her coaching.
Certified as a Functional Medicine Health Coach, she uses food as medicine and a variety of mind-body practices to help you feel like yourself again, restoring balance, and empowering you to live the life that you deserve.
Samantha is trained in The Bredesen Protocol, a science-based prevention and recovery program for brain health.
She is also a SHE RECOVERS Ⓡ sobriety coach, helping midlife women with recovery, focusing on their strengths, reconnecting them to their own inner capacity, and achieving recovery and life goals.

Becky Brown, RPH, NBC-HWC
Becky is a Registered Pharmacist and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. Becky partners with her clients to create lifestyle behavior change to move them in the direction of increased health and well-being.
Her passion is to empower others to become the healthiest version of themselves and live a balanced life of optimal health and graceful aging.
A Duke-trained Integrative Health Coach, Becky understands that lifestyle intervention is the first step in preventing and managing chronic diseases. Becky helps her clients reimagine their health outcome by finding opportunities to incorporate healthy habits into their uniquely busy lives. Becky has additional training in Dr. Bredesen’s ReCODE Protocol and assists clients with a family history or genetic risk for Alzheimer’s disease to adopt the research-based lifestyle recommendations to prevent cognitive decline.

Katy primarily coaches teens, young adults, and moms in her practice, Good and Well Health Coaching.
She understands that teens and families face challenges—big and small—and personalizes her coaching to fit each person’s needs. As a yoga, mindfulness, and writing teacher, she incorporates elements of these wellness practices within her coaching sessions, when suitable.
She has enjoyed many years of mentoring teens and young adults, and believes that when they practice strategies like advocating for themselves, setting goals, and working through challenges, they gain confidence and become more resilient. Katy supports them by listening, guiding, and helping them make plans for their lives.
Having raised three children (now aged 24, 22, and 17), she knows that moms need support, too. Katy helps moms focus on what they need to be healthy in body, mind, and spirit.

Audrey is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. She is a military veteran and very proud to have served her country.
Audrey helps people feeling overwhelmed by post traumatic stress. She experienced post traumatic stress herself and connects well with others diagnosed. Some struggle often and Audrey wants you to know you are not alone.
She believes in the practice of mindfulness for calming and relaxation. She has a passion for getting out in nature for natural healing and therapy. She approaches health with the whole person in mind, and using complimentary integrated modalities for health benefits.
