Winter can be a tough time of year to stay healthy. The days are shorter, the weather is colder, and we're more likely to spend time indoors. Unfortunately, I have not seen the sun in three days due to the thick fog in the mountains here in Switzerland. I know for a fact that if I didn’t make my health a priority, even when it gets dark early and the sun takes its sweet time to rise in the morning, these times would negatively affect my mood.

The holidays are a great time for family and friends, but they are often accompanied by stress. Lots and lots of stress.
